As a fully qualified and accredited agent our fees are very competitive. We are not necessarily the cheapest, however, invariably cheaper agents are able to offer their fees by cutting corners. This in turn is more likely to lead to you achieving a lower selling price, a slower move and altogether poorer service in general.
Our agency period runs for an initial sixteen weeks. However, similar to our fees there is sometimes some degree of flexibility as we prefer clients are with us because they want us to act for them, rather than feel they are tied to us.
Our prospective purchasers are always accompanied by a member of staff so that they have all the information at their disposal. We have found that the client prefers this as they feel more comfortable with a neutral presence.
We aim to contact you within 24 hours of someone viewing your home with as much feedback as possible so that you have a clear idea of the comments that are coming in and which changes may need to be implemented to achieve the sale.
Once an offer has been accepted, our work does not end there. We are never complacent and are tenacious in progressing your sale through contacting all parties and their solicitors, ensuring you are kept informed of how the transaction is going, every step of the way, through to through to completion.
